What is winter guard?
Winter guard utilizes the flags, rifles, sabers and dance traditionally associated with marching bands and drum corps and puts them in an indoor setting. This activity combines the beauty and pageantry of dance, the drama of theater and the precision of marching band into one production.

Where can I see you perform?
Currently, this Velocity thrills and inspires audiences at local shows in the Midwest Color Guard Circuit (MWCGC). Velocity also participates in several WGI sponsored regional contests. These regional contests lead to the World Championships to be held at the University of Dayton Arena in Dayton, Ohio in April of 2010.
